Meet the Owners

Natalie is a Master Stylist who owns and manages the salon. Natalie began her career after studying cosmetology at the Aveda Fredric’s Institute in Cincinnati Ohio—and over the years has helped clients achieve the looks they dream of through personalized professional consulting with the ability to deliver consistent results. She joined New York Hair & Beauty as a Manager and Master Stylist in 2014 and bought the salon after realizing a perfect synergy between herself and the clientele. Her goal is to have every guest leaving refreshed, rejuvenated and smiling!!  Natalie is well versed in all areas of our salon experience. Precision cuts, professional color, styling/blowouts, Keratin smoothing treatment, extensions, makeup, waxing and more. Her passion is providing perfect cuts and color to create that long, sexy, sultry (Victoria’s Secret) hair.. “I will never let you—or your hair—down.”  

Graham is the man behind the scenes and owns the salon along with his wife, Natalie. He brings a thorough understanding of business and understands the importance of providing that "WOW" experience. Graham is a Portfolio Manager at UBS Wealth Management serving a dynamic clientele of successful professionals and family stewards, both working and retired. His designations include Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) and Wealth Advisor. He earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. Graham and Natalie are enjoying watching their young children, Avalynn and Lyndon grow. He enjoys competitive running, triathlon, jiu jitsu, and golf. Not afraid of a challenge, Graham has competed in two full Ironman Triathlons and several ultra-marathons.
